Xiamen Municipal Development and Reform Commission‘s Director Visited Citylink to Learn about the Smart Environment Sanitation System
On April 23, 2018, Director Lin of Xiamen Municipal Development and Reform Commission together with a work group visited Citylink, Waltonchain’s subsidiary in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Accompanied by Mr. Zhang Jian, VP of Operations at Citylink, he learned about the functional characteristics and technological advancement of Citylink’s Smart Environment Sanitation System and other products.
“Smart sanitation management system based on NB & Beidou technologies” by Citylink has received a number of national and international professional awards. There are the Outstanding Product award received at the Global IoT Summit 2017 in Shanghai in December 2017 and the recent Best Application Solution award at the IoT Star Award 2017 — China IoT Industry Annual Selection among them.
The system solution presented to the work group during the visit is the upgraded Environment Sanitation Management System independently developed by Citylink. It integrates the Internet, the IoT, Beidou positioning technology, GIS, NB-IoT/4G wireless communication technology, ultrasonic and gas sensors, blockchain and other technologies to transform the conventional environmental protection model “many workers, wide scope, complex activities”, which relies heavily on human supervision, and help effectively transit from the traditional manual work towards automation in urban sanitation and cleaning.
Citylink introduced the innovative Environment Sanitation Smart Watch based on the Beidou positioning technology, the Smart Trash Can with Overflow Detection, the Smart Trash Can Manager and the Ultra-Low-Power Distance Detection Device. Combined with the cutting-edge blockchain system of Waltonchain, it provides the corresponding sensing equipment, smart terminals and a system platform for all levels of environment sanitation management. It creates a human-activity-object multi-element smart interconnected network. With tamper-resistant, traceable and reliable data which is uploaded to the blockchain automatically, the project greatly enhances the management and operation efficiency of environment sanitation.
The Smart Environment Sanitation System Solution is highly expandable. After quick integration with the Smart Garbage Sorting Solution, Smart Gas Sensing Solution and Smart Street Block Solution etc., a one-stop integrated operation system can be formed.
