The white paper is not only a periodic report of the business ecosystem construction progress, but also a thorough interpretation of the future vision of Waltonchain. In the context of the white paper, we see the most sincere, valuable and imaginative consensus mechanism available today; the WPoC (Waltonchain Proof of Contribution); we also put forward an unprecedented concept, revealed as ‘Chain Cluster’.
The various projects Waltonchain have been working on aim to realize a simple proposition: to lead humanity into a reliable digital life, establish the Internet of Everything (IoE) and ensure the healthy development of a brand new business ecosystem via the blockchain technology.

Participating authors can choose any of the above topics to create a White Paper 2.0 review, interpretation or industry solution with no less than 300 words, and tweet the link of the work after posting it on Medium.
Participants can also tweet an info-graphic of 1500 x 1000 pixels in their own twitter account.
Before 24:00 UTC+8, October 8, 2018, please send the tweet link and tweet screenshot (including likes and retweet number) to the official twitter account @Waltonchain_EN. The participants are ranked according to the total number of likes and retweet received by the work.

- Notes: After participating in the campaign, the participating authors shall be deemed to have irrevocably authorized the exclusive rights to disseminate the participating works in the information network. Winning contestants shall be deemed to have irrevocably transferred all copyrighted works to Waltonchain upon receiving the award. The participating authors shall guarantee the originality of entries. In the event that the entry infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, the participating author shall bear all the legal liabilities arising therefrom. Users who maliciously attack the project are not eligible to participate in this program.
