Waltonchain Invited to 2018 China IoT CEO Thousand Conference as China’s №1 Blockchain + IoT Company
On April 24, the 2018 China Internet of Things CEO Thousand Conference was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Waltonchain, as China’s №1 Blockchain + IoT company, was invited to give a speech during the conference. Waltonchain subsidiary, Citylink also attended the conference as an award winning company.
The 2018 China IoT CEO Thousand Conference was hosted by the China IoT Industry Application Alliance (CIoTIAA), organized by U-link Media and supported by local IoT associations.
This conference aimed to:
- help enterprises communicate and cooperate with their upstream and downstream supply chain companies efficiently in the era of Internet of Everything;
- cooperate with industry leaders and find suitable development strategies for products, applications and platforms;
- improve the combination of supplies and capital and solve the urgent issue of development financing for IoT enterprise decision makers.
More than a thousand CEOs, senior executives and experts of IoT companies were invited to the venue. The most forward-looking IoT experts of China gathered here to share their insights on the national IoT industry hotspots.
Wei Songjie, the CTO of Waltonchain, was invited to give a speech titled “Blockchain, the Innovative Drive of the Ubiquitous IoT Application.

Alibaba regards IoT as another main battlefield for e-commerce, finance, logistics and cloud computing. Alibaba is committed to building a cloud-end integrated product system providing the key infrastructure for the IoT. It will promote the construction of digital China. Meanwhile, Waltonchain actively participated in the discussion on the IoT industry perception and layout, on how to cooperate with supply chain partners and jointly build the world with all things interconnected together with representatives of renowned companies, including Huawei, Qualcomm, Microsoft, China Telecom and Alibaba.
Further, Waltonchain subsidiary Citylink was awarded the Best Application Solution Award at the 2017 China IoT Industry Annual Selection. Lin Herui, the Project Director of Waltonchain and the GM of Xiamen Zhongchuan IoT Industry Research Institude Co., Ltd., received the award as a company representative. Huawei, Microsoft China (The Most Influential IoT Platform Award), China Telecom Beijing Research Institute (The Best Innovative Product Award), China Unicom (The Best Application Solution Award) and other renowned Chinese enterprises also received awards during the conference.
