Waltonchain Brought You Smart Heated Insoles — the Most Eye-Popping Futuristic Tech
April 19 to 22, 2018, The 20th Jinjiang Footwear & The 3rd Sports Industry International Exposition was held at Jinjiang, Fujian Province. Footwear industry merchants from all over the world gathered here. Silicon (Quanzhou) showed its eye-popping smart store solution and the smart heated insoles during the exposition.
This is the first time we participate in the footwear exposition. We brought two projects, namely the “Smart Store Solution” and the “Smart Heated Insoles”. The Smart Store Solution provides quick goods ordering with handheld devices. Companies can know the product grab rate and the actual sales conversion rate, and can master the core data of stores with the help of our quick and sensitive RFID chips and the supporting system. Our Smart Store Solution has been widely used in footwear warehousing. Currently, Silictec’s new RFID chips and the supporting blockchain-based system have been applied in retail stores of some renowned Chinese brands, including KALTENDIN and Tries.
During the exposition, we also presented our new product — smart heated insoles which adopt heating control chips with independent intellectual property rights. As a Chinese saying goes, you feel hot since your head does; you feels cold since your feet do. Your feet are the farthest body part from your heart. Bad thermal insulation for your feet may cause health problems like cold and fever. Therefore it is necessary to provide excellent thermal insulation for the feet. Our smart heated insoles are developed based on this concept.
The smart heated insoles are made of innovative superconductor fibers which are thicker and more durable. The insoles have 3 temperature settings: the basic 38 °C and higher 42 and 45 °C, which can be switched easily. The insoles are equipped with temperature sensors to control the temperature in a closed loop and produce a constant and lasting warmth automatically.
In the near future, we will connect our self-developed chips to Bluetooth communication devices, in which way mobile phones, smart watches and other communication devices can easily acquire the insoles information, including insoles material, real-time temperature and humidity, etc., and even control the insoles temperature.

Silicon’s project “Research on blockchain-based RFID chip and logistics management system” won the third Innovation Application award and the Best Popularity award at the 2nd China Blockchain Technology Innovation Application Contest. Silicon (Quanzhou) got government funding as the entrepreneurial team at the third high-level talent Cross-Strait Plan. In the future, Silicon will adhere to its “core” responsibility and take the lead in the global chip and blockchain industry.
In this exposition, the booth of Silicon attracted footwear industry customers from all over the world. Customers showed strong interest in our technology know-how and expressed the desire for further cooperation. Currently, Jordan, Xtep, ABC Kids and some other companies have been working on smart stores and heated insoles and have already expressed the desire to have further discussion on these projects with us.
