Professor Kim Suk Ki, Senior Advisor of Waltonchain, Appraised as Fujian Province Type A High-Level Talent
According to Measures for Evaluation & Introduction of High-Level Talents in Fujian Province (Trial) (No. [2015] 5), Action Plan to Strengthen Talent Introduction in Fujian Province (2015–2018) (No. [2015] 7), Methods for Declaration and Confirmation in High-Level Talent Introduction in Fujian Province (Trial) (No. [2015] 308) and other documents by Steering Work Group for Talents of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, a total of 43 people have become High-Level Talents (Type A, B and C) of Fujian province after personal declaration, unit recommendation, preliminary audit by relevant departments in Xiamen, research by Steering Work Group for Talents of CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee and reporting to the Provincial Party Committee Personnel Office & Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Among them, Waltonchain Senior Consultant Prof. Kim Suk Ki was rated a Type A High-Level Talent.

The Talent Introduction Program aims at recruitment of talents with strong entrepreneurial, innovative, academic, technological and management abilities who are leaders at the national or provincial level. On its basis, Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security set up a special evaluation procedure to introduce High-Level Talents.
Professor Kim Suk Ki
Kim Suk Ki graduated from the University of Minnesota. He is one of the key persons in the South Korean electronics industry, Doctor of Engineering, previously worked at Bell Labs and Honeywell USA, served as a Vice President of Samsung Electronics, senior expert in integrated circuit design, IEEE Senior Member, Vice President of the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers, Chairman of the Korea Semiconductor Industry Association. He has published more than 250 academic papers and possesses more than 60 patents.
Silicon, the Chinese technological subsidiary of Waltonchain, is the core technology team under the lead of Prof. Kim, which is devoted to R&D of infrared chips and IoT switch chips. Under the technical guidance of Prof. Kim, a series of infrared chips has been commercialized. With a small size and low cost, the chips are far ahead of rivals in various aspects such as low light sensitivity, anti-power fluctuation interference, power consumption, decoding ability and anti-light interference, and have been widely used in diffferent fields.
Silicon not only has excellent technical strength, but also actively promotes urban construction and industrial development to give back to the society.
