Details on the Waltonchain-DMTC Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange

DMTC Token Project Plan

$DMTC will be offered for exchange with $WTC at the rate of USD 0.06. After the amount is exchanged in full and the project is listed on cryptocurrency exchanges, $DMTC will be released by 30% in the first month, and by 10% each month in the following 7 months.

During this Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange, 15 Smart Micromarkets will be given to $DMTC token holders in chronological order, each one after the number of exchanged token reaches 10 million $DMTC. In the future, the Smart Micromarket will become a DMTC node with mining income.

The users who exchanged tokens within the given time period jointly own the given Smart Micromarket according to the exchange proportion and enjoy 10% of the daily actual turnover of the Smart Micromarket, which is converted to $DMTC and returned to the respective users.

Token Exchange Details

1. DMTC will take $WTC real-time price daily, at 10:00 (UTC+8), on Binance, Huobi and OKEx to calculate the average $WTC USD price.

3. Interested parties can send an application email for token exchange to business@waltonchain.org. Please provide the amount of WTC you would like to exchange and your WTC sender address (personal ERC20 wallet address, not an address on an exchange platform) in the email.

Token Exchange Schedule

1. Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange starts at 23:59:59 on April 29, 2019 and ends at 23:59:59 on June 11, 2019 (UTC+8).

2. After this token exchange ends, the Public Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange starts officially.

3. Public Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange starts at 23:59:59 on June 12, 2019 and ends at 23:59:59 on June 27, 2019 (UTC+8).

4. After the Public Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange ends, at 23:59:59 on June 30, 2019 (UTC+8) $DMTC will be officially listed on cryptocurrency exchanges.
