Waltonchain SMN Waivers Update

Dear global Waltonchain supporters,
The following addresses are two SMN waivers which have lost their SMN status due to insufficient amount of WTC required in the addresses. The SMN waivers will no longer be eligible for the SMN related permissions/capabilities and future benefits.

As of July 23, 2019, there is a total of 36 effective Waltonchain SMNs.
