Announcement on Token Exchange between Waltonchain Foundation and DMTC Foundation
Dear Waltonchain Supporters,
Waltonchain has recently announced its first smart retail application child chain DMTC. DMTC has issued a total of 1,000,000,000 tokens with the ticker $DMTC. The number of cornerstone tokens is 100,000,000. $DMTC token was issued by DMTC Foundation at one time. Its total number has been set; and no additional tokens may be issued.
In order to support the DMTC child chain project launch, Walton Chain Foundation will perform an exchange of 570,000 $WTC with DMTC Foundation for a total of 25,000,000 cornerstone $DMTC, of which 100,000 $WTC come from the Waltonchain Global Ecosystem Incubation Fund and 470,000 $WTC comes from the Waltonchain Global Ecosystem Construction Fund.
The exchanged tokens will be locked for 10 months, after which released by 10% every month.
In recognition of the support from the Waltonchain’s global community, after the exchange, $DMTC equivalent to 100,000 $WTC will be used for the Best SMN Reference Reward and an airdrop for $WTC holders. Please refer to the future announcement from Walton Chain Foundation.
