Announcement on the Waltonchain-DMTC Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange
Dear Waltonchain Supporter,
On April 23, Waltonchain announced the launch of its global smart retail application child chain DMTC which integrates the concepts of Smart Agriculture, Smart Micromarket and Innovative Retail. DMTC is a project with promising potential in its future market application; and its value will be reflected in DMTC Token. After the cornerstone token exchange between Waltonchain Foundation and DMTC Foundation, DMTC Foundation will allocate 150,000,000 $DMTC the Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange for global supporters.
The $WTC obtained by DMTC Foundation from the Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange will be used for the bottom blockchain layer construction, product and module development, application ecosystem layout, and overall operation and maintenance of the DMTC application chain.
Token Exchange Details:
$DMTC will be offered for exchange with $WTC at the rate of USD 0.06 (e.g. if $WTC’s market price is USD 2.4 at the time of exchange, then 1 $WTC will be exchanged for 2.4/0.06 = 40 $DMTC).
After the exchange of the total allocated 150,000,000 $DMTC is completed, the $DMTC will be released by 30% in the first month and by 10% each month in the following 7 months.
During this Parent-Child Chain Token Exchange, 15 Smart Micromarkets will be given to $DMTC token holders in chronological order. Whenever the number of exchanged tokens reaches 10 million $DMTC, a Smart Micromarket (Blockchain + Smart Retail vending machine) is given to the respective $DMTC holders. In the future, Smart Micromarkets will become DMTC nodes with mining income.
The users who exchanged tokens within the given time period jointly own the respective Smart Micromarket according to the exchange proportion and enjoy 10% of the daily actual turnover of the Smart Micromarket, which is converted to $DMTC and returned to the respective users.
