Announcement on the Second Destruction of Waltonchain ERC-20 Tokens
Dear Waltonchain supporters,
As a part of our gradual switch to mainnet, today Walton Chain Foundation will perform a transfer of 3,951,129 ERC-20 WTC tokens swapped by Huobi and HitBTC from the official address 0xaBF47bB5C8d24b29c48aEC051A222cBed91424aa to the zero address 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 for the second destruction.
The first destruction of 39,170,027.30 ERC-20 WTC tokens was completed on Feb. 27, 2020.
As of Mar. 27, 2020, exchange platforms OKEX, TAIBI, Bithumb, Binance, Bitcoin Meester, KuCoin, Ronance, Huobi and HitBTC have completed ERC-20 WTC token swap to mainnet coins.
The total destruction will hereby make up 61.6% of the total of 70 million ERC-20 WTC issued on Ethereum.
