Announcement on the Completion of WTCT Network Miner Payout
Dear Waltonchain Supporters,
According to the Announcement on the Release of the Fully Operational Waltonchain Mainnet, Waltonchain Team took a snapshot of WTCT addresses at block #550,000 on May 11, 2019.
Waltonchain team has already completed the miner payout for ALL unredeemed WTCT up to block #550,000 at the ratio of 1 mined WTCT : 1 ERC20 WTC. Waltonchain team will no longer perform miner payouts for WTCT mined after block #550,000. Please access your ERC20 WTC according to the instructions below.
According to the Waltonchain Progressive Mining Reward Program, GMN(*4) will receive +1 rewards up to block #550,000 AFTER the Mainnet Token Swap on the Fully Operational Waltonchain Mainnet. The operation and maintenance of WTCT Network and its blockchain explorer (www.waltonchain.net) has since terminated.
How to access your miner payout:
Waltonchain team has sent the equivalent WTC to Ethereum addresses corresponding to the miner WTCT addresses at the ratio of 1:1. Please note, that only the mined WTCT are converted into ERC20 WTC.
For example: When the address 0x123456789 with private key 123456 mined 200 WTCT, Waltonchain team sends 200 WTC to the Ethereum address 0x123456789. Since the underlying algorithm of Ethereum and WTCT Network is the same, the 0x123456789 Ethereum address can be accessed with the private key 123456 and the received 200 WTC can be used.
Notes:
1. Currently, WTC holders DO NOT need to take any actions regarding their wallets until further notice. Waltonchain will release a separate announcement on the details and time of the Mainnet Token Swap of WTC stored in exchange and personal wallet addresses.
2. For the safety of your WTC assets, please follow Waltonchain’s official Twitter and website for the latest announcements and news. DO NOT trust any information from non-official sources.
3. Waltonchain Team and our community admins will not contact you first in private messages/email regarding any information of your WTC address. Please stay alert to fraud/scam attempts!
4. GMN refers to addresses which continuously hold not less than 5000 WTC since 00:00:00 on December 10, 2017 (UTC+8).
